Yes – we strongly believe that all of our customers should have access to our services, which is why members of staff have undertaken training on communicating with people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

We can offer a number of services to assist our deaf and hard of hearing customers, including:

  • LiveChat
  • Next generation Text (NGT)
  • Loop system
  • British Sign Language interpreters (BSL)
  • Language Services Professionals (LSP)

Our initial fixed fee meeting usually lasts for an hour which gives us time to take all of the details we need from you and give you advice about your situation. If your matter is particularly complex then we may need more time with you and this can be arranged. If your circumstances are straight-forward then you may be with us for less than an hour.

Yes. However, it may be necessary for our first meeting to take place face to face. We will discuss the options with you and agree the most convenient option you prefer.

Yes, absolutely. Protection of confidential information is fundamental to our relationship with our clients, both as a matter of law and ethics.

Yes. If you are housebound or have difficulty in visiting our offices, then we are more than happy to pay you a visit at home. A prior appointment can be arranged.

Yes, we are very happy to correspond with all our clients by e-mail. However, we can also correspond by way of whatever format you may prefer, including by telephone, text, letter or appointment.

Yes. We offer fixed fees for each of our services. You will always be fully aware of the costs to you before we even start work.

Yes. We know from our business clients that their time is important and we are more than happy to visit our clients at their business premises and provide a cost effective solution to their legal needs.

It would be helpful if you were to bring some form of identification with you. You will need one item of photographic ID, such as a passport, or drivers licence. You will also need two items that show your residential address. This can be a utility company or council tax bill. Please contact us if you have any concerns about the ID that you have.
